This experimental film is based on the writings and ink drawings of Timothy Neat. It recounts from Neats unique perspective the ”state of the world” as it then was in 2017 with the growing migrant crisis, Americas increasing polarisation, the threat from Russia and implications of Brexit.

Tim was a close friend of John Berger, and this film was the last that John contributed towards shortly before his death.
