OCEANUS is a languid meditation on, and celebration of our ocean around Scotland, its ecosystems and environs. Much of the colour and movement has been digitally manipulated to create almost abstract sequences. This is a creative and intellectual enquiry and collaboration with our ocean, our revered partner. It is a project aiming to put nature back and engendering climate hope. The artists believe that art can serve as a way to allow the public to ask questions about ecology and science and to think about scientific subjects critically and creatively.

It premiered at the inaugural Scottish Landscape Awards exhibition in November 2023.
